Our team moves your clients, notes, schedules, and open balances across. It is scoped on the demo call and included in the subscription.
Admin seats
Front desk, billers, supervisors, and owners use the platform without a licence charge. Only billing clinicians count toward the provider number.

HIPAA-compliant video is part of the platform, not a separate line item or a third-party subscription you manage yourself.
Client portal
Forms, messaging, self-scheduling, and online payment, branded to your practice, at no additional cost.

A typical five-provider clinic runs an EHR, a separate telehealth tool, a billing service or clearinghouse contract, and a scheduling or reminder product — plus the staff hours spent moving data between them.

How does the introductory rate work?
Practices that join during the introductory period get a reduced per-provider rate, confirmed on your demo call and locked in for your first term. No setup fee and no implementation charge apply either way.
Who counts as a provider?
Any licensed clinician who carries a caseload and bills for services — therapists, counsellors, prescribers, and BCBAs. Interns and supervisees under supervision count as providers. Everyone else uses the platform free.
What if our headcount changes mid-year?
Add providers at any time and you're billed pro rata from that date. If someone leaves, the seat comes off at your next billing cycle. There is no minimum term beyond the billing period you chose.
How long does migration take?
Most practices in this size range are live in two to four weeks. Our team handles the extraction and mapping; your side of the work is reviewing the mapped data and confirming your configuration.
Can we keep our current biller?
Yes. The claims agent prepares and scrubs claims, and your biller reviews and releases them — most practices find their biller covers more volume rather than being replaced. Billing companies can also be given their own scoped access.
Is there a contract?
Monthly plans run month to month. Annual plans commit for twelve months in exchange for two months free. Network agreements are scoped individually.
What happens to our data if we leave?
It's yours. You can export the complete clinical and financial record in standard formats at any time, including after termination. There is no exit fee and no hostage period.
